How does it work?
Every engagement climbs the same ladder, and every rung de-risks the next. The Diagnostic maps your operation and produces a costed pilot plan. The pilot builds one motion (one workflow, one team) at fixed price, and puts real users on it with real data inside eight weeks. If the agreed metric is hit, we expand: more workflows, more divisions, each at fixed price with scope frozen at specification sign-off. Platform care then keeps it hosted, supported and evolving. You can stop at any rung. Whatever is built is yours.
What does it cost?
Fixed prices, agreed before we start, invoiced 50/50: half to begin, half on delivery. No day rates, because day rates reward slow delivery. One success metric is agreed in writing before the pilot starts, and it decides whether we expand. The Diagnostic fee is credited in full against your pilot.
Who builds it?
A senior operator with thirty years of commercial and operational leadership sits with your team and specifies the platform around how the work actually happens. Delivery uses AI-accelerated engineering under that senior direction, which is why the economics and the timescales look nothing like a traditional agency. You see working screens in the first week, not the last.
What about our IT team?
Built for them, not around them. The platform runs outside your IT estate: no demands on internal resource, no write-back into your existing systems, no threat to the data warehouse roadmap. Governance is engineered in from day one: UK hosting, row-level security so people see only what their role allows, forward-only database migrations, a full audit trail, and hard data-protection gates, with DPIA completed before any real personal data enters the platform. We're happy to be introduced to your IT director early. In our experience they become the platform's strongest advocate.

The branches are divisional systems that extend the trunk: a field CRM here, an assessment workflow there, each connected, each inheriting the trunk's governance.
